Game wont load at all

Hi,

My daughter keeps trying to load Sims and it simply doesn't.

Nothing, no error message.

We're using a PC laptop on windows 10 if that helps

Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?

Try updating your graphics drivers through the Intel Download Center: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/

Also update your Windows 10

You have onyl 4 GB of RAM so make sure you run the 32 bit version of the game.

To do so do the following steps

• Right click on the game in Origin and choose game properties
• Make sure it says 32 bit there (it's best to change it to 64 bit, and then back to 32 bit to make sure it's 32 bit)
• Run the game as normal.
