Game won’t stop crashing [ Edited ]

Hi guys, the sims 4 game just won’t stop crashing on me, I can’t even find any pattern of the crash.

it doesn’t crash on start up, but rather during the game. Sometimes I can play for half an hour without crashing, sometimes it will only last 3 minutes.

ive attached the PDF version of the crash report, I tried to upload the txt file but it won’t let me.

Your Graphics driver is a year old. Please visit nvidia.com to upgrade it.

You are running low on disk space on your C: drive. you need to free up some space there.
