Game won't open with CC

I really prefer to play with CC/mods because I think it really enhances my game. But recently I just switched my computer to Windows 10 (not sure if that has anything to do with it) and now when I try to play with CC literally nothing happens. I will double click the Sims 4 icon on my desktop and my cursor will have the loading symbol for a couple seconds and then nothing will happen, but when I remove all CC/mods it starts up just fine. I've tried a number of things and I still can't get it to work with CC. Can anyone help out with this?

Make sure your CC is up to date. Try taking half out and see if the game runs, if not, try the other half. Keep breaking the CC up in two until you find the problem, and take that out.
