My game usually runs extremely well! I've never had issues with it, I can run it very well
but as of the change to the branding, and this latest patch, I can't even launch the game.
the load screens take ages, if they load at all, and at the moment, i can't even load into the start screen.
attached my dxdiag just in case, but I've never had issues. It was running fine as of just before the last few updates.

@Xaurii
If you have any mods move your mods folder to the desktop, delete localthumbcache.package file in the game folder and try without mods.
But your basic problem is that you don't have enough free space on the C drive. When Windows create temporary files what he loves to do, there just isn't room for the game. You can no longer add any new game pack there. There is no place for what you already have.
Move what you can move to the D drive, otherwise, you won't be able to play.
You can move the whole Documents folder. Why Documents - not the only game folder? Because if you move only the game folder in another place the game by default will create the next game folder in the Documents. and nothing will change.

I've cleared 11gb's and the game still won't load
that should be more than enough to run the game
as i said, i've had less space, and the game has run fine.
this is without any mods now as well, and its still not loading.
EA has ruined this game with the rebrand

Make sure the game is running on Nvidia card. Find in the game folder document txt Config and read it. There will name of the card your game use.
After installing new drivers, the only thing left to do is to check if the reason for this is some broken files in the game folder.
Step 1. Rename The Sims4 folder to "The Sims4 old"
Step 2. Fix the game in Origin
Origin/Library - right-click on TS4 - option "Repair game"
You have to wait until Origin will fix all packs, not only the base game.
Step 3. Turn on the game if it will possible - a new game folder will be created and you will have two - one old, one new
Step 4. Check if you still have this problem in the newly created game folder. Start a new game with a random sim and play for 5 minutes. Save and check if this problem disappeared in the new game
If yes
Step 5. Delete in the new game folder following folders:
"saves" and Tray.
Step 6. Go to "The Sims 4 old" folder and copy - your "saves " folder.
Step. 7, Paste this folder in a newly created game folder.
Step 8. Do the same with Tray folder and TrayDeleteItems file
Step 9. Check if there are newly updated version mods you are using.
Then copy and paste your mods and CC from old mods folder to the new one. First copy the scripts mods every time checking if the game is working properly. If you have a lot of CC try 50/50 method ( divide your CC into smaller batches for example 50 pieces in one subfolder and check these subfolders one by one)
Step. 10. If all is OK - delete The Sims4 old folder.

@Xaurii I've merged your posts into one thread, to keep everything together. Please update both your Nvidia and Intel graphics drivers from the Asus download site that @kreatora linked above.
