Game won’t launch and tried the troubleshooting options but it still doesn’t work

Hi @Briistackz if you use mods or cc, remove and cull them 50/50 to find the culprit cc, there may be an updated version or reported as broken. More tips here on maintaining your game with cc. 

If you don't use cc, try all the following:

There is a step by step here on Clearing Cache Files (you can also move it to the desktop instead of deleting if you want to be on the safe side).  Another idea for you is to do a Clean Boot of your pc.
