Game wants code again and is not in library but code does not work

At the beginning of the summer I bought a code of The Sims 3 Supernatural and I followed all the download steps and played it fine.  Today, August 21 however, I tried playing it again for the first time since.  I was at a Summer Camp as a Counselor for the entire summer and so my computer was off.  I came back and when I clicked to play it requested a game code.  It then said that my code was invalid because it was already used.  I looked in my Origin Library and the game was not there so I tried all the different resets like logging out and reinstalling Origin, but not a one helped.  I would greatly appreciate any help getting the game to work even if saved data is lost.

I cannot see the game on the account you are posting with. Do you perhaps have a second Origin account? If yes, try to log in with the second account and check if the game is there.
