@yoblack Just to be clear, did the game not lag at any point? If you saw even a brief period where it didn't lag, please let me know when.
If it never stopped lagging, please try playing while your computer is not connected to the internet, as an experiment. You can sign into Origin first, then put it in offline mode and disconnect from the internet before launching the game. Please test this with a new save in a clean folder as well.
If that doesn't help, please disconnect your second monitor and the display adapter, again as an experiment. I understand if you don't want to play that way going forward, but it's useful information to know whether this makes any difference.
