Game screen glitching

My entire game glitches out whenever I go onto it, starting from when the Sims 4 logo comes up, I've looked in options but nothing helps it.. I'm pretty annoyed since I play the game almost every day.

Do you have any mods or CC (custom content)? Try taking that out.
