Game saying I don't own packs that I bought

I bought a game pack and a stuff pack the other day and they downloaded and I could play with them but I opened my game today and the main menu said I didn't own those packs anymore. All the ones I had previous to buying those two were still there. In Origin, it also says I don't own them and I don't want to buy them again when I have already paid for them once. Is there a way to fix this or is it easier to just ask for a refund?
