Game's Graphics not loading properly?

Its hard to explain, I took a picture of it, but I don't have the option to upload. Basically the game loads and runs for the most part, but there are weird pink lines all over the screen. And the buttons are pink and not loading. I just want to plaaaaay! I unistalled and re-installed. Still didn't work. As far as I know, DirectX and graphic card is updated. Please help me.

Update your graphics cards driver. I don't know if that works. But I think it might

What's your graphics card? A lot of people running older Intel cards are having this issue, and there's a possible fix.
