Game preorder

I've preordered Sims 4 and when the game came out I couldnt download it. I've restarted origin, changed the box art, and try to see if anyone had any problems but I couldnt get the answer. Could someone help me out???

Is it still grey ? Did you check your order status in your purchase history ?
