Game pack will not work (sims 4)

So I just bought the gamepack parenthood and dowloaded it but it won’t work. I have tried repairing the game and I have tried googling about it but I don’t find anything. I can play the game normally but if I try to have one of my sims wear a shirt or something else from Parenthood it won’t work (see the pic). It is the same with furniture. Any help on what I can do?

Do you have any Mods or CC? If so move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game.
