I recently moved my sims 4 games from c: drive to d: drive, all went well until I noticed that all my packs downloaded except one was missing (outdoor retreat). The ea store is telling me I need to purchase it, but I bought it when it came out. I did notice that the file for it (GP01) was missing out of the D: drive but it was in the C: drive folder, I copied it over to D: drive but it still isn’t working. Does anyone know what to do? I really don’t want to buy it again.

@marlee1315 First I have to assume your playing on a pc. Did you pay the pack through EA or a third party vendor? If you bought it through EA does it show up in your purchase history? If you are playing on a pc are you using the new EA app? How did you "move" the game?

Yes playing on PC. I bought the pack through origin when it first came out. I had to switch to the ea app, and everything went smoothly all my games were downloaded. I ran out of space on my c drive so I needed to put the sims on my d drive. I followed a link on here on how to transfer your sims games from your c drive to your d drive, and it worked all except outdoor retreat. Hope that makes sense

@anony1219 If you have the CAS Demo installed, please see this thread:
Otherwise, please run searches for two or three of your missing packs. Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter the folder name for one of the missing packs in the search field in the upper-right corner. This is the full list of packs:

For example, if you're looking for Seasons, you'd search for EP05 . Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result. If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary. Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here. Then repeat for one or two more packs.
