Game not workings at all.

I recently Just updated my origin app and the sims 4 too snd now nothing works. It doesn’t open well, I jags to try several times before it

opens. And Most importantly the sims can’t do anything they just stand there and don’t take any commands, and I also can’t resize any of them. I have tried several things but still no change. I recently bought an extension package and I can’t even play it!
