Game not working

My game is opening up to a white screen. I can hear the music, but can’t see anything. I don’t have any mods, and have repaired and deleted multiple times. Everything is up to date. Please help!

Hey there!

Try to go to Origin's luncher, then click "Application Settings" and then "More" -> "Origin in-Game".
Disable the "Origin in-Game" and see if it works.
