Game not working after legacy update

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions, all game packs except Strangerville & Jungle Adventures

What happens when the bug occurs? Game crashes

Please help!

Since the recent Legacy Edition update my game has stopped working.

It won't let me run my game in 64-bit even though my laptop is 64-bit and has a 8GB RAM.

However when it is played in 32-bit I can't use Discover University. 

Game has never crashed prior to this update.

Have tried repairing the game and reinstalling and still nothing

have you tried without your mods/cc ? A lot of them are broken and cause the game to crash
