Game not appearing, but it says its downloaded

★ Novice

So I bought the Sims 3 university for my PC on Origin with a code and the game downloaded, but when I go to my Sims 3 launcher it does not appear.. I contacted EA Help, they told me to try all these methods and I did. The game still didn't appear. EA Help told me to contact community managers to report it to the Games Team. They sent me a link to this website. They think that its a BUG. I don't understand can you please help me cause i really wanna play university.

@Neyalashia  I'm not sure why support sent you here; no one on this site can fix an account issue.  When you say you bought University Life, did you buy a code on a third-party site (and which one?) and register it in Origin, or did you buy directly from Origin?  I ask because when you buy from Origin, you don't receive a code.

Anyway, try repairing the game: open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 3 icon, and select Repair.  If that doesn't help, try clearing Origin's cache, and if that doesn't help either, uninstall Origin "the hard way" and reinstall.

If none of that helps, then you'd need to go back to support and ask about the status of your pack, not just whether it's on your account but whether it's been blocked or deactivated.

Well a update.. I ask them about the status about my pack and the things you told me to ask. To find out they said the code was invalid, maybe it was a good thing they sent me to this web site. Cause they didn't know what they was doing. Now I have contacted the people where I got the code from. Thanks from the bottom of my heart!! You should work for EA lol!!
