Game not Launching

I downloaded sims 4 last night on Origin and it doesn't matter if I launch it through the desktop icon or try through Origin the mouse cursor shows a loading icon and then nothing happens. Origin says the game is open and I get the warning that if I should close the sims 4 before exiting out of origin. Now when I do exit out of origin about 15 to 20 minutes later the game tries to launch but says it cannot because Origin is no longer open. Even if I reopen origin right away. Anybody have any ideas or tips?

Check if your antivirus program or Windows Defender isn't blocking Origin and TS4 If yes - you could turn it off or add Sims as exception:

If you have it - disable the Rivatuner overlay

So I've shut down my antivirus and I do no have Rivatuner. But I am still having the same issue

Uninstall Origin by using Revo (free version) - it will be clean all traces of Origin from your computer

and install again

If it will not work could you post your Computer's DxDiag?

I also downloaded simcity to try it out and see if it was just an issue with the sims but simcity started to launch and is now just hanging. It's just frozen.

Sorry. I studied your DXdiag a little too long. I have a question besides what I wrote above. Do you have a phone connected to the PC?
Because there is a Fastboot option error reported many times?
