The game keeps crashing after playing for 15-20 minutes. Even with lower settings. My laptop is compatible and i even hit the "laptop mode" button in settings.

@EA_Francois

Attached is the DXDiag. As seen, my laptop is perfectly compatible. I tired to lower the settings and it still crashes but does last longer than on medium or higher settings. This is the 64 bit DXDiag version.

Your DXDiag doesn't specify which DV7 notebook you own, which is preventing me from identifying which graphic card it is using.

Obviously if your DXDiag is mentioning your Intel chipset it means that it's detecting it and probably using it by default instead of your onboard graphics.

Try using AMD Catalyst to change the settings and force your laptop to use your GPU to launch the game.

It can't hurt to update your chipset's drivers as well while you're at it: Standard smile
