★★★ Newbie

Hi
I downloaded patch 1.67 and edit name of my folder for The Sims 3.backup , but I was 1.69 (I know, 1.69 is for origin which i use and it was stupid!) Now it's okay in the launcher, but when I try to play, game just keep closing...

I tried to reinstall it, but it does not work ...

Hi @tequillllats3

Patch 1.67 is adapted to a game not registered on Origin.

When you turn on the game by means of Origin - then Path 1.69 applies.

If you installed Patch 1.67 on Path 1.69 - you broke your game.

In such a situation:

1. Uninstall the game by clicking on the game's cover located on Origin

2. Clean the computer with the CCleaner.

3. Restart the computer.

4. Install the game and all add-ons by clicking on the game's cover on Origin.

5. After installing the add-ons, the following updates will be automatically displayed: Path 1.69 - install it.

Hey @tequillllats3

Somehow you've ended up on Polish part of the AHQ, so I have moved your question to correct language board Standard smile
