Lag issue after cottage living and patch

Hi guys, 

After installing cottage living my game has decided to get laggy. Before I played with high setting, the only issue I had then was that It lagged really bad and then I would press ESC and it would be fine.. Now its all the time, it doesnt really lag to the point thats it unplayable but it is not as smooth as it used to be. I have all the packs installed and as i said, it was fine before cottage living. I have reinstalled everything, I dont use Mods and I have plenty of space on both my C and D-drive. Everthing is installed on my D-drive that has more than enough space. I have checked to make sure my computer is "fine" I have updated my grapich cards and all that stuff. Everything is up do date.. Is my computer getting too old or is there anything else I can do? Its making me really sad, aint gonna lie  

I have 32 Ram, my grapich card is a Geforce GTX 960M. Thats all I know myself

@moa20022  How large is your save file?  You can see it in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > saves.  Does the save have a large number of empty households in the Other Households list?  Please open Manage Worlds > Manage Households > Other Households to check.

Please also run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
