Game gets stuck in infinite travel loop with script mods...help?

So this happens everytime I play my sims game with script mods on. This occurs when I have to travel off the lot, the game loads like I’ve travelled there, but then it goes back to the world select and the music goes silent.

This goes on until I uncheck script mods from the menu and restart. Then it plays normally, but in order to play the sims with my script mods, I have to recheck that box and if I go off the lot, the cycle repeats. I don’t want to have to go through this whole Shabang to play the game the way I like playing it. Any suggestions?

@NihaoRamen Lots of script mods are broken and need updating.
