Game doesn't register Downloaded Sim from Gallery as part of Family

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Seasons, Get To Work, Island Living, City Living, Vampires, Dine Out, Spa Day, Bowling Night, Laundry Day, Perfect Patio
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? [Boot Title] -> [New Game] -> [Open Gallery] -> [Search] -> [Lisa - BlackPink] In the search bar enter Lisa - Blackpink and look for the Sim with the title ★☆` LISA - BLACKPINK `☆★ by KoolKpop
What happens when the bug occurs? The game either does not register her in my household (even in a family of one) or will remove her from a household that I place her into
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to play her like normal or add her to one of my already existing households
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Below you will find two screenshots. One is of the Gallery with the Sim that I am using. The second is of the Sim in question apart of a household of one, and the game not registering her as part of my family or that I even have a family

Got no issues adding her to a family.

Is this the only SIm you have issues with ?

@crinrict Thanks for moving this along.

There are no issues with adding her to a family, the trouble is trying to use her outside of the CAS menu like a normal Sim.

So far this is the only Sim from the Gallery that has given me any trouble.

Try resetting your user files as described in the factory reset described in this post: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-4/FAQ-Troubleshooting-Steps-amp-Known-Issues/m-p/3621199

You won't loose anything. Just make sure to not delete any files  and make a backup.

After renaming, repair your game by right clicking on the game in Origin.

Try on a new game with nothing added back first (start new game). Then add the Sim again. If it works, put back your save game and try again. If it still works, you can start putting stuff back.

• Options.ini (or just re-set all your settings manually)
• Tray Folder
• Screenshots/Videos/Custom music
• Rest of the save games (leave out slot_00000001.save which is the autosave and no longer needed - if you still have it)
• Custom content like clothing, hair, skins, make up ....
• Mods (one by one, making sure they all still work)

The rest does not need putting back, cause they are mostly cache files that recreate or log files that are not needed for the game.
