Game didn't save. Lost 10 hrs of gameplay.

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions except Discover University Game packs: Vampires and StrangerVille Stuff packs: Romantic Garden Stuff and Spooky Stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know.
What happens when the bug occurs? I went to manage world, pressed "save and go to manage worlds", go back to my household and it hadn't saved. I lost over 10 hours of gameplay.
What do you expect to see? My game saved.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The patch that came when University was released. My game has been acting weird ever since.

I was leaving my household by clicking "manage worlds" and then "save and manage worlds". Went back to my household and it hadn't saved the entire time I had played. I lost 10 hours of gameplay.
