Game crashing/Freezing

I am getting really frustrated with the Sims 3. Every time I play it crashes. Usually it happens after 2 hours, but lately it has been happening every 45 minutes or whenever I try to save, so I lose all my game data. I would like an email to personally contact EA or a phone number.

The new help system is help.ea.com and click on contact us on the right. Follow the prompts until you get to a page that says chat or call back. Call back is only available in the us and during certain hours.
