Game crashes when loading family [ Edited ]

Hello, 

I have the same problems and I did what you said.

But the problems aren't solved 🙁

Still can't load my family. Everytime I click the house it's loading and then force closed.

Do you have another tips ?

@pisco4869 I can play the others family but not that one
I really wish I could play that one again.
I have 2 family with the same problems

Does the entire game crash or are you taken back to the map ?

Are you using any mods/cc in your game ?

It happens everytime I load "Akai" family.

Everything was fine until I click their house, and it's loading. Then suddenly the game forced close

I have two family with this problem

I don't use any mods or cc

EDIT: Can't find a family called Akai in that save. The only played family has no issues loading (in Evergreen Harbour)

@crinrict Akai family is also named Haibara, sorry I forgot to tell you.
So there's no issues ? Why I can't load it ?
