Game crashes my video driver after this festival update! [ Edited ]

I started the game fine and played for a while until I had a break and then booted it again and the game just froze a LOT during menus and in CAS, I found out that my AMD Software has detected a hard crash on the drivers and I had to reboot the computer to recover from it.

@jpkarlsen I appreciate the help but I highly doubt this problem happens to me as I've been playing lots of games lately and it has only happened with the sims 4, I did remove the cache files made a re-install of my GPU drivers, as well as a disk defrag and for now the game works fine, only a tiny bit slow when loading sim avatars but atleast no crash.
