Game Won't Start Up/Start Up Crash

     So, I when I load up my game, it either pops up with an error message, or it starts to load, the screen turns black, the tab shrinks to 2/3 of the screen, and uses the same error message.

It says...

    Unable to start:

    Initialization error at start up.

    [135dec40:29f00e:00000084:18add51]

I haven't been able to find any other people with the same error message. But I know it also kind of happens with another game. So I don't know if its something wrong with the computer or the game. I also don't know if this is even the place to post this...
