Game Loading in Progress [ Edited ]

I recently downloaded a lot of mods and I go into my game to see this. I can't travel my sim or edit my houses. I then removed all the mods and started the game, but it was still like this. I am confused?

@Zorriel  Try loading a backup version of your save:

If that doesn't help, try loading your save in a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, launch the game to create a new folder, copy over the saves (inside the saves folder) from the old Sims 4 folder to the new one, and see whether you get the same issue.  Don't copy over any other files, at least not yet.
