I purchased Monte Vista from the store, I installed the CD but the game launcher said I had to login in order for the installation to be complete, the game launcher wont accept my password. My password works on origin and I even changed it to see if that would help and it wont. Please help.

Contact Customer Support so they can take a look at your account to find out what's going on
They can be found here: https://help.ea.com/contact-us
Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up.
If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.

I have the same problem. I can log in on origin. I can log in on the EA website but not the game launcher. the people i call on the contact information dont understand what im talking about. did you ever get it resolved?
