@nycbigl  Happy Holidays to you too.  Yeah, it's been a while.  I'm doing well, if a bit busy; how about you?

I'm glad to hear that going offline works.  It's not the best solution, but at least you can play instead of waiting for EA to sort out the issue.  (No idea when that will happen.)  Whenever it's fixed, it'll get posted here.
