Game Keeps Crashing!

Hello all,

I recently got back into Sims 3. I have installed it all and i go to Origin to play, The dashboard pops up and then disappears before i can even press the play button!

I've uninstalled it, reinstalled it.  I even went to the "Can You Run It?" website which came back saying i can run it. I also now have tons of space.

It's been a few months since i've played it but its clearly not my hardware if that site tells me it's able to run and i played it before hand multiple times.

I can't even take a screenshot  for proof its that fast.

Any help or susggestionss would be great,
