Game Help.....Don't know what to do

My game won't load because of a corrupted file its says....I repaired the game twice. But it didn't work. It says to repair or to uninstall the game. If i uninstall the game it says I will lose the add-ons and bonuses in the game...included the cottage living bonuses. I haven't even got to use them yet. Its not fair just because I have to uninstall my game I lose the bonuses I paid for. it should be a way to uninstall without losing anything. Don't know what to do.

@Rebecca8221  Please move your entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.  When you launch the game, if it launches, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  Don't add anything to it yet; just see whether you can get far enough to start a new save.

 

If you get the same error, please post a screenshot of it.

 

And if you do uninstall and reinstall the game, which is definitely not necessary yet, you won't lose any of your packs or other content you downloaded from Origin.  All of that is owned by your account, not your computer.
