Game Data Incomplete

Hi, I tried to use the fixed version but it doesn’t seem to work for me. I bought the cats & dogs expansion pack but when i did the most recent update for the game, I came back and no longer had my dog/jobs. I tried to load my latest saved and the same thing happened. I closed the game out multiple times and nothing has changed and I tried to repair the game through origin, still nothing.

If you have any mods move the mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache.package file in the game folder.

I understood from your post. that "Dogs and cats" have disappeared from your library in Origin or from the list of add-ons, you can see when you turn on the game.
