Game Crashing

@Corissa1996 could you try starting the game in windowed mode: https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2014/02/start-game-in-windowed-mode/ and then start the task manager (right click on windows bar at the bottom and choose task manager) and monitor how much RAM you got left ?
EDIT: Also, what graphics settings are you playing on and I think you never answered the mod/cc question. Are you using any ?
