Game Crashing

I've been having problems with my game crashing for a while. Sometimes it's when I'm in CAS and the items start looking weird or the people and then my mac cursor appears and it crashes. Sometimes the debug window comes up. Recently I bought University Life (the downloadable version) on Amazon and I haven't been able to play in university mode for more than 10 minutes. I have removed all mods and I play without all custom content and it seems to even get worse. 

Please help me find out why my game always crashes. I haven't been able to play in months.

I think I have the solution to your game. But NOTE, these are not 100% possible answers, but you can probaly close down all tabs from your Internet Explorer or Google Chrome, and if you close down all other games that use Java, or any other. If these do not work, go to www.origin.com for customer service.
