Game Crashes when trying to create pets

So, whenever I try to create an animal in the sims 4, my games crashes. I can play the game as normal, and can even adopt pets, but I am unable to create them. Please help

@ShyBox_223   The biggest problem I see is your graphics system does not meet the minimum requirement to play this game. This game requires a minimum 128Mb of dedicated video memory.This is engineered into the system when it was manufactured.
