Game Crashes After Newest Patch

I have recently updated to the newest patch after not playing for a while. I removed all mods and cc as you're supposed to, but about 5 minutes into gameplay, game crashes. CAS and build mode work fine. I have tried taking out mods and cc but issue persists.

@heyyitscourtney2  Please test in a clean user data folder.  Move your entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  Don't add anything to it yet; just see whether you can play a new save without having it crash.  Let me know either way.

If you still get a crash, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
