Gallery working, but internet not working

In the last day, when I have gone to get something from the gallery, it works fine. But when I got Shift + F1 to get up a browser, the browser says it is unavailable. The thing that makes it so much weirder is that I had played earlier that day and the browser and gallery both worked fine.
