Gallery only shows my items

Ive had this issue with the gallery for a very long time now and sort of gave up on fixing it I can’t access the gallery online only see what I’ve saved when I try and look at other things it shows there’s nothing under that category only my items I’m online in origin everything else works please help

windows 10 PC

packs: Get to Work, Get together, City Living, Cats and Dogs, Eco Living, Weather, Island Living, Spa Day, Outdoor Retreat, Holiday, Vampires

@simlover148 Do you not have the online access options ?

Are you possibly using the legacy edition of the game ?
