Gallery offline

For months now the gallery has not been working for me and it has been saying I'm offline even though I'm not. I disabled all firewalls on my pc, uninstalled and reinstalled the sims 4 and origin, ran origin and ts4 as an administrator, and really everything I could think of. Please help, I desperately want to use the gallery again! The web gallery won't work for me either...

Did you make any changes to your computer or such before this happened? Is Origin online or offline?

Clear Origin's cache.

Perform a Clean Boot and see if the game runs like it should.
