Gallery does not work

Basically my issue is I can't dowload or check any content at the gallery (Absolutly nothing).
Every single picture, shows in white and a red cross on top.
I don't know what to do 
.
I can't use it at all.
@Lujilocuras what security software are you using ? usually this happens when it blocks the user folder.
