Gallery Will Not Load [ Edited ]

My Gallery will not load. It shows a loading sign before displaying red 'X's on everything.  When you click on something  it says it can't be located. It began after Origin update. Everything else works perfectly-other than major lag that wasn't there before. What should I do?

I have tried the following(Not in this order):

-Restarting my PC(Windows 10)

-Restarting the game

-Unistalled Origin

-Unistalled Sims4

-Removed all CC

-Removed everything in Gallery

-Repaired Sims4

-'Reset' Sims4 by renaming folder

Hi;

If you're getting Red X's, it could be that Sims 4 is being blocked by something, or that the "thumbnails" are invalid. You mentioned that you removed your CC/Mods, try doing that again, and also removing the localthumbcache.package file from the Sims 4 folder; that file can occasionally store bad data downloaded/saved from the gallery, and from loaded mods.

If you're still having issues, hopefully someone else can provide some additional assistance. I found that suggestion I provided worked in my case, so hopefully it does for you.
