Gallery Issues [ Edited ]

It doesn't work for me either, it is loading and then crossed boxes accur... I hope it will work soon because it doesn't work for so long that I am getting really mad!

The numbers of how many people are playing right now, how many items are in gallery etc. are working though, which is wierd. 

Can somebody fix it for us? We are getting really depressed.

I'm having the same issues when I try to log in to the EA Gallery for the SIMS4, the load in page keeps reloading even when I'm able to login it still does not work right.

Still feeling it in 2021...ahaha just can't really see any item from the gallery when I search for it...just says 'can't locate the item', I tried all the reboot tips, and firewall and antivirus settings, even repaired the game...so I officially gave up...
