Gallery Issues

Sims gallery is broken for me. It acts like my screen is bigger, and yes I've tried changing the resolution and it acts the same. I can't download anything from the gallery because i can't see the button to download it.

Do you have any mods?
Delete the Options file - a gear wheel - from the game folder
Repair the game in Origin
Origin/library right click on TS4 - option "repair game"
Turn on the game to generate a new Option file
Check if you still have this error.

is this happening after yesterday's maintenance ? Do you still have issues today ?

Have you tried deleting cache files and repairing the game through Origin ?

No mods. just DLC. i repaired the game. i even uninstalled and reinstalled. and the gallery is still having issues.

did all of that again and its still bugged.
