i have the same issue as the OP. My male sim is pregnant, but it's taking its sweet time to actually pop out. I did use the mod called MC Commands to make him to go first trimester, but he's had the moodlet with a baby pacifier in orange saying that maybe he ate something weird and he's sick. it's been stuck on this for a while.

if you used a mod to get him pregnant, it could be an issue with the mod.

Please don't listen to him. I love ty he male pregnancy and hope it happens again. My sim worked hard to get this pregnancy.
