Frozen item on my Sim

I have a guitar from my inventory frozen onto my Sim.  Anyone know how to get it off of her?

Sorry, Sims3. I'd  tried everything, but after a couple of Sims weeks, she just woke up one morning without it and it was back in her inventory.
