Fried hard drive

So my hard drive on my computer is COMPLETELY fried, along with some memories, all of my sims mods are completely gone.  Considering most of my game is made up of mods, I'm not 100% sure on what to do here.  Do I have to re-download them all or do they miraculously save so I can transfer all of them?  Any help is VERY appreciated!!

@Fhecktor  Your Sims 4 user content, including saves, saved households and builds, and mods, is all stored locally on your hard drive.  If you never backed up this data, and you can't retrieve it off the damaged hard drive, then it's unfortunately gone.  Sorry.
