Freezing in build mode [ Edited ]

I've been having quite a few issues, but one was similar to this.

when i close build mode it all freezes, but when i reload the game my avi either resets or only works if it's non CC

i've been doing all the tests and what not, going through forums and testing mods/cc and nothing has really fixed

so at this point idk what's causing it

moving this to tech for troubleshooting as the thread you posted in sounds different.

You say it works if you don't have cc/mods in, do I understand that correctly ? Did you check if everything is still compatible with the patch ?

Yes. It loads fine with no added things. And I don't think the added things are causing it. The freeze is like when you close build mode and it loads in. But instead of loading it stops.
