Foundation in building

The foundation of my house in the sims is set lowered in the ground. I tried to press the arrows to raise up the foundation but I get an error saying “object cannot be deleted”. Also because of this issue, my sims cannot leave the house. Any idea how to fix this?

It took me a while but I eventually figured it out on my own. I must have set the foundation in the ground accidentally and I could not figure out how to make it level with the ground. Thank you anyways!

Is this the house made by Maxis - from the game - or downloaded from the Gallery?
Did you raise this area yourself?
Did you try to lower the ground under the house?
Could you upload this lot to Gallery with name "Terrain test", give me your nickname in Origin and let me know when it will be sent.
